Ann Arbor’s beloved Basil Babe is taking up residence at FRAMEbar five nights a week!

Prepare to swoon over this wildly talented mother-daughter duo
moving in and taking over the FRAMEbar menu for the month of June:

Ying, the 20+ year owner of Ann Arbor’s Siam Square restaurant,
and Haluthai, her vivaciously badass daughter.

Together, they’ve crafted the ultimate Thai shared plates FRAMEbar menu in true Basil Babe style.

We’re ordering one of EVERYTHING:
pan-fried handmade dumplings with chili oil, creamy red curry egg noodles,
vegan spicy eggplant stir-fry, crabby rangoonz, and the to-die-for mango sticky rice with salted coconut cream.

And the next night we’re doing
spring rollz with mung bean noodles and wood ear mushrooms, glass noodle salad with chilled jumbo shrimp and Chinese celery,
and the spicy basil pork belly stir-fry.
Just sayin’, Basil Babe is only in town for a few weeks — make every day count!

There’ll be plates large and small, a stellar cocktail list, bold flavors, and a guaranteed load of fun.
