The James Beard Foundation award winner in the Best Chefs in America category, has been around the culinary world a time or two, including founding his most recent smash hit; Zingerman’s Roadhouse.

After 30 years of studying of dreaming French cuisine, Alex is heading home to where his heart is. And lucky for us, he’s transforming frame into a Parisian Bistro as a preview to his new restaurant, The Standard Bistro & Larder.
