An Anthony Bourdain Tribute Dinner
Chef Nikita Sanches
On June 8, 2018, Anthony Bourdain took his life in Kaysersberg, France. Leaving us — to celebrate him and laud his approach to travel, language, passion, and food. For many of us, Anthony Bourdain was our trusted pioneer and our vessel to travel to hundreds of cities.
Our dear friend, and one of our communities most-adored Chefs, Nikita Sanches, had a secret-dream to cook for Anthony. Have a beer with him and chat about the culinary world with him.
Join us for an evening prepared in the spirit of the late Chef Bourdain with a glimpse at courses from some of his favorite places in the world.
In a nutshell: this is the dinner Nikita would have prepared for Anthony if he was in the room.
With glasses raised high, we will listen to music, gather around the frame tables and honor the man that shaped our culinary lives.

What are people saying?
“Tried out frame as part of the ‘grandma’s basement series’ with Chef James (Mabel Gray) and Chef John (Grey Ghost). Our Italian Family Dinner was delicious! Enjoyed every course (which kept coming). Best meatballs I’ve ever had!! Love the idea of home Cookin with a little flare, shared Family style with strangers. A wonderful evening!”

“The vibe at the Frame dinners also reflected the personalities of the chefs, who were able to interact with guests and offer stories about their food memories while cooking rustic dishes without the same expectations that come with their respective restaurants. The food was predictably great and unpretentious, but the series also highlighted the growing importance of personality and storytelling to the modern dining experience.”
