"The Blind" Viewing Party & Blind Wine Tasting w/Joseph Allerton of Michael Symon's Roast
We’re partnering up with our friend Joseph Allerton, CMS Certified Sommelier of Michael Symon’s Roast for a very special screening of Episode 1 of “The Blind”, the new You-Tube documentary that’s got a lot of people talking about the mystery of blind wine tasting. We’ll be meeting up at frame on Monday, December 9th for a sneak-peek of this eye-opening film that explores professional sommeliers, including our own Bryan Lamorena, as frame is transformed into a private cinema for the night. The best part? As we watch the debut of the film, we’ll interactively be blind tasting, making educated guesses about the identity of each pour, alongside the sommeliers on screen. Following the screening, show producers will reveal the bottles from the film (and the wines just tasted) with a curated time for Q&A, furthering the discussion and delving into the elements of wine appearance, aroma, and structure.
