Riesling from Around the World:
A Wine Masterclass
Sommelier Sean Crenny

We at frame love wine. A lot. We love thinking about it, talking about it, and drinking it.
So it will come as no surprise, that Sean Crenny, frame’s wine director has collab’d with some of the best in the biz winemakers to create an evening with a focus on one of the world’s most expressive white grapes …
Rieslings from around the world.

We will be tasting 5 different Rieslings.
And just to answer the question now, No…They are not all sweet!
Riesling comes in many styles depending on where it is made and when the grapes are picked ranging from
completely dry and tart to sweet and luscious.

Travel to New York, Germany, France, and Australia without leaving your seat in Hazel Park!
Taste through class with a cheese board from the frame kitchen designed to complement these wines, which may not have been on your radar before, but they will be after this!

What are people saying?

“Tried out frame as part of the ‘grandma’s basement series’ with Chef James (Mabel Gray) and Chef John (Grey Ghost). Our Italian Family Dinner was delicious! Enjoyed every course (which kept coming). Best meatballs I’ve ever had!! Love the idea of home Cookin with a little flare, shared Family style with strangers. A wonderful evening!”

Mark Kurlyandchik, Detroit Free Press

“The vibe at the Frame dinners also reflected the personalities of the chefs, who were able to interact with guests and offer stories about their food memories while cooking rustic dishes without the same expectations that come with their respective restaurants. The food was predictably great and unpretentious, but the series also highlighted the growing importance of personality and storytelling to the modern dining experience.”
