frame (omakase) presents  An 8 Seat Omakase Table by Chef Mike Han
We welcome you to an 8-seat Omakase Table by the warm, engaging and talented master of his craft Chef Mike Han for an intimate Korean American frame sushi experience. Using tradition as his guide, and personalization as the core of his philosophy, you will be seated around frame’s large wooden plating table and indulge in a progression of 12 Korean style nigiri sushi pieces followed by an open face hand roll and Korean miso soup with fish bone broth. One-piece at a time; a delicate balance of fish and rice, built around a relationship of trust and spontaneity over 2 hours between Chef Mike and each of our 8 individual frame guests. With little distraction and limited seating, this very special evening allows for an intimate dining experience, making the food the hero of the show, which is the quintessential idea of Omakase. Chef Mike Han is one of the leading lights of contemporary high-end sushi-making his name by honing his skills at celebrated Japanese restaurants around the country from Katsuya in LA, Roka Akor in Chicago and Zuma in Miami; and now bringing his culinary journey to frame for one wild-ly refined and serene early January evening exemplifying his sustainable seafood approach…we’re already counting the days to his arrival.
