Hand chosen, 14 weeks ago, note by note, led by Mixtress Jaz’min Weaver as the frame team spent a few days at The Maker’s Mark Distillery in Kentucky. Specifically in Anticipation for this Wildly-Cool, Boozy, Downright Imaginative Dinner Party.
Prepare to sip frame’s (Makers)Mark I – privately labeled and bottled at cask strength. Alongside a tasting menu by Chef AoCo Lai, heading to frame, straight from Star Hill Provisions in Loretto Kentucky for two exclusive February nights.
Plan on heritage-driven takes on modern southern cuisine, with AoCo sourcing local ingredients grown and raised on the Kentucky Star Hill Farm, bringing the best seasonal ingredients the state’s fascinating heritage has to offer.
With an emphasis, of course, on Bourbon, as Jaz’min promises absolute perfection to her bar takeover.
This menu is a true chef’s tasting, meaning AoCo will rely on winter seasonal ingredients and her menu will not be able to be published this far in advance. We will let Mother Nature do her work, as we wait for our private barrel to arrive from Kentucky’s limestone cellar, for our first 2022…Frame (Makers) Mark I Bourbon Dinner.
